RCC Column Framed structure with isolated footings and tie beams.
RCC framed structure with beams and slabs. Peripheral walls of 9”thick brick walls and partition walls of 4˝" in thickness with hoop iron reinforcement.
Flooring
Rooms with Vitrified tiles 2' x 2' with matching skirting of 4” ht and staircase with granite / marble tread with tile rise with vitrified tiles in lobbies and interlocking concrete paver blocks in driveways.
Plastering & Painting
All internal plastering are smooth sponge finish and External Plastering shall be rough finish with emulsion paint for interior and exterior.
Main Doors
Main Door with first quality teak wood section and Teak veneered shutters with designed beading and good quality hardware, finished with varnish.
Doors
All the Bed room door frames will be chemically treated padauk or equivalent with suitable section. The Toilet doors will have plastic coating on one side.
Windows
All the window frames and Shutters will be of UPVC. All the windows will have M.S.Grills as per Architect's design.
All the plumbing lines will be of medium guage CPVC Pipes and external are PVC. All the sanitary fittings will be white colour Procelain Parryware Cardiff or its equivalent make.
Toilets
Toilet will have Ceramic tiles flooring of 12" x 12" size tiles and ceramic dadooing with 8" x12" tiles up to 7'0" height.
Fixtures
All taps and other fittings will be chromium plates “ESS ESS” chroma or equivalent
Three Phase electricity supply with independent meters concealed copper wiring for light & fan points. Switches will be MDS Legrand Mosaic modular switches or equivalent.
Black / Steel Grey granite counter of 24 sq ft area with stainless steel sink and drain board. Exhaust fan opening will be provided. Printed tiles dado of 8” x 12” size tiles above the kitchen counter up to a height of 2.0” with loft provision.
